A portuguese team, Sporting made it to the UEFA cup final and had Lisbon in a party frenzy all day long because not only had they made it to the final but they were playing on their home stadium since it was chosen before hand by UEFA.

Unfortunately after an incredible goal that gave Sporting the starting lead (1-0) they suffered 3 goals and lost. CSKA Moscow deserved to win. It was a good game to watch.

Even though i'm a Benfica fan this time i was rooting all the way for the green ones ;-)
